24/7 CLEANER Franchises will be located in Shopping Malls, Office Buildings, Apartment Communities, and other retail location previous unavailable to the dry-cleaning industry.

24/7 CLEANER Franchises will first be awarded to established dry-cleaners and Laundromat owners currently offering dry-cleaning services to their customers. Franchisees may purchase one unit without any further commitment to purchase additional franchises.

Franchisees who initially commit to two units will receive an exclusive area franchise within the County designated in their franchise agreement. This exclusive franchise requires the franchisee to develop three additional units within the first twenty-four (24) months of their initial franchise agreement.
